Geography and anthropology are not that distantly related in the social sciences. Geography has some many facets that you can study many things and lump them under the general title of geography. Here are my geography links. I'll miss teaching geography.

are great geography games that you can play here for free.
Not just for Asia, but that's my favorite.
Climate.org - A Project of the Climate
Institute, is filled with information and articles on the world
climate.
David Rumsey Historical Map Collection,
has over 11,000 maps online. They specialize in rare maps. If you
love maps, you have to check out this site.
Geni
Web Project: Annotated Geography Websites, is a good
site to get just what they claim to give you for students from
elementary through high school.

Resources, is yet another site with annotated links.

Web Sites , is a page with a list of geography links, most
of these are related to Canadian sites.
Geography World,
is another web site with geography links, some of these include games,
puzzles and quizzes.
Global Warming: The Pew Center on
Global Climate Change, is a site dedicated to the issue of
global warming and the climate.
Hotlist: Geography,
is another web site with geography links. There is nothing special
about this site, but it is another resource.
Multimaps.com - Online Maps to Everywhere,
is a very cool, and free, map site.
nationalgeographic.com,
has lesson plans for students from K-12.
National
Geographic Explorer, is a student magazine filled with all
sorts of cool stuff for students studying geography.
World
Atlas and World Maps, is a place
where you can get free maps of various countries, the world, the
oceans, as well as other geographical information. I just used
this site and it's good.
World Population
Information, has information on the world population from 1950-2050.
It also includes an international data base containing statistical
tables of demographic, and socio-economic data for all countries
of the world. You can also find the world POPClock which gives
an up to the second simulation of world population. For a statistics
freak like me this is a very cool site.
